After a rather stressful relocation overseas, a friend recommended these CDs. At first we bought Part 1, and our 11 year old son really began to unwind. When he listened to part 2 it seemed to be better. The modules on fear and anger seemed to help him. He is more confident, and is doing bettere at school....thank you

We had trouble getting our second daughter to relax and focus. These wonderful CDs have made a huge difference to her, especially at bed-time and during stressful periods. Extremely strongly recommended.
