Created by Belleruth Naparstek
Translated & Narrated by Fania Chazen

This first guided imagery program in Hebrew is for facing any stressful situation, to help with general anxiety, or to just promote feelings of peace, balance and optimism. The images heighten feelings of love, protection and safety, pump up serotonin and promote an energized calm.

It is also the first half of a research-proven intervention for posttraumatic stress, which yields dramatic outcomes for trauma survivors. (The second half is our Healing Trauma imagery.)

Fania Chazen is a clinical social worker, guided imagery specialist and professional translator from Pardes Hanna, Israel, who not only translates with the exquisite sensibility of a poet, but has the most glorious voice for guided imagery you'll ever hear. The Hebrew seems made for this program. (62 min)

Though I don't speak or understand Hebrew, I felt called to purchase & listen to the cd & explore whether it would help me relax, as I love the sound of the Hebrew language. Fania's beautiful voice, along with Steve's music created a flow within me...and on levels beyond the conscious, I understood. Relaxation that followed was deep & complete. Thank you Belleruth, Fania & Steve, for a beautiful cd. I will share this with my son who is a youth coordinator for a Jewish Center in White Plains. Love and many blessings to you and all at HJ. May peace prevail. Always, Lynne Newman

Belleruth’s guided imagery spoken in Hebrew has a magical quality in that both energizes and soothes the listener. The Israeli edition introduces a Fania Chazen, whose voice matches the power of the scripted imagery. This is a healing, energizing and even transcendent journey that will bring the listener to the space and place where health and creativity reside .
