I am 19 weeks pregnant and get up every few hours at night, except when I listen to the Healthy Pregnancy Guided Imagery before I go to bed. I usually fall asleep during it but still I sleep right through to the morning. Thank you so much for this invaluable tool.

I loved this! I also had a history of miscarriages, and this really helped relieve my anxiety and help me prepare for birth. I ended up with pre-eclampsia, and these cds helped me to stay calm during labor. I even managed to have a pain med-free birth despite being confined to my bed (notice I did not say pain-free!). Not the natural birth I had envisioned, but beautiful. And the nurses asked me what I was listening to I was so calm.

I recommend to everyone i know! i loved it! and I even brought it with me to the hospital to put me at ease... the nurse commented that it was nice and she enjoyed it while she took my vitals.

I highly recomend this CD. I had anxiety about my pregnancy and the health of my baby. However after using this CD daily I quickly became confident and excited. I was able to relax and enjoy my pregnancy and gave birth to a happy, relaxed, and healthy baby girl!

I can't recommend this set enough! I had a history of miscarriages, and this CD really helped relieve my anxiety about maintaining a healthy pregnancy. Also, I listened to these CDs during labor, and they were instrumental in allowing me to relax and allowing my labor to progress, thereby helping me to avoid a c-section. Well done!
