A Special Sale on Our ADHD Audios, for Adults or Kids!

October is, among other things, ADHD Awareness Month – that’s Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder - something that a lot of kids and adults struggle with (not to mention the people who love them).

ADHD is marked by impulsivity, inattention, excitability, fidgeting, boredom, and (often but not always) learning and social difficulties. An otherwise sweet-natured, bright, loving child with loads of natural talent and a strong desire to succeed can get sandbagged by this condition, deceptively looking like a disruptive, unmotivated nuisance, in the classroom, on the playground or at home.

At some point, the negative feedback can affect a child’s self-esteem and confidence. That’s why it’s good to get a diagnosis early and land on some solutions as soon as possible. We’ve learned a lot about ADHD over the past 30 years, and there are options for dealing with it.

[Sidebar:  A lot of adults, never diagnosed as kids, are coming to realize that ADHD was at the heart of their difficulties growing up. Usually it’s a relief to know this and have a name for it.]

Medication can be an excellent solution for some. For others, CBT (cognitive behavioral training) and neurofeedback can make a big difference, with or without the meds. And guided imagery can be a big help, for adults and children, alongside these approaches or as a stand-alone resource.

So, to mark ADHD Awareness Month, we’re giving a 20% discount on these excellent titles we’ve carefully assembled that help to remediate this pesky condition, for both kids or adults. Just use promo code ADHDM2016This offer is good through October 31st. Check it out!
