If you were one of my kids a few years ago, I’d be asking you, "Did you try to look it up yourself??". They got so sick of hearing this reply that they did indeed learn to look things up themselves, just to avoid my answer and probably the "you-gotta-be-kidding-me" look on my face, too.

This whole gigundo website is about guided imagery, so please don’t ask me to explain in a Q & A (that took you 3 seconds to ask and would take me 3 days to answer) that which has been carefully laid out for you here over multo pages.

Here’s the do-it-yourself drill, to show you how easy it is for you to find the answer to this question by yourself. It should also help you do similar stuff on other sites as well.
  1. Go to the site map, which you can find at the bottom of the page.
  2. In the box that says "Research & Resources", you will find What is Guided Imagery?. Yep. Your very question!
  3. Click on that link.
  4. Read.
