I’m casting about for a new topic to research for a new Health Journeys guided imagery CD, now that I’m done writing our new imagery for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. So far, it seems that people have mostly been requesting something to support and replenish caregivers - people who look after a chronically ill family member or friend, or even professional caregivers.

But if you have something else in mind that you’d like to see me create, now’s the time to say. Do remember that it’s got to be something that addresses a fairly widespread need - if the topic is too narrowly defined, we just can’t afford to do it.

If you have a suggestion, please click on the Ask BR page, and it will come directly to me.

And speaking of new stuff, Carol Ginandes'' new Relieve Allergy, Reduce Reactivity CD has gotten a wonderful response. That’s in the warehouse now. It consists of a wonderful grouping of several beautifully designed, hypnotic exercises designed to reduce allergic responses of any kind. As most of you know, clinical research supports the idea that we can modulate histamine and intestinal hypereactivity with mind-body methods - imagery, hypnosis and even basic relaxation. You can hear a sound clip from this terrific new audio by clicking here.

And currently in production are Emmett Miller’s two new CDs for cancer patients, Optimizing Chemotherapy and Optimizing Radiation Therapy.

Each includes some wonderful relaxation imagery, followed by immune system boosting imagery and then one of them will have imagery that specifically targets and enhances the process of chemotherapy; the other focusing on radiation therapy. These two CDs are a dynamite addition to our catalog and we’re very excited to have them in production, even as we speak!

OK, don’t forget to let me know your picks for what’s next. I love hearing from you. It makes this process much more real when I get this kind of feedback. Thanks in advance.

All best,
