I’m going to be pulling together some of the new findings on imagery to share with you - what works, what doesn’t, how, when and why. I think this may be the focus for a new workshop as well as an article.

It recently occurred to me how far we’ve come from merely proving that the generic tool of imagery helps people with medical and psychological challenges. Been there, done that, for a lot of conditions and medical procedures.

But now we know so much more about the circumstances and content and style in various kinds of imagery that is most helpful, that we can refine and fine-tune the clinical implications of the data. And I’m happy to say, the research is pouring in now, after a relative desert of very few findings, far between. That will be fun to explore. It’s very encouraging, the new data we’re getting.

Right now I’m out of the country, exploring some women’s health and mental health programs in the Middle East. But I’ve left the usual new pages for this week, so do look around.

See you back here soon.
