Well, folks, I’m stoked to give this happy heads up.  Under Cindy’s direction, we’ve been engaged in a major redesign of our Health Journeys website.

One day in the next week or two, you’re going to click on our site and see bright, shiny, new pages and a quicker, easier way to get around and find what you’re looking for.

The biggest improvements – the new site will be

  • Mobile-friendly – it will automatically size to the screen you’re using
  • Offer easier navigation, quicker routes to what you’re looking for
  • Provide way faster load time
  • Have a much improved checkout system for when you need to buy stuff

As always, we welcome your feedback on what you like and what you don’t.  We’ll be tweaking and fixing intensively for the next several weeks (and hopefully forever) to make the site more and more accessible and easy to use.

After all, we really do have a ton of valuable content in our archives – would you believe, this site has been around since December, 1997, when my oldest kid, Aaron Naparstek, during his internet consulting phase, gave me a website for my birthday?
You can find our oldies but goodies on the Wayback Machine – pretty amazing to see all the iterations we’ve been through.
I confess to having a soft spot for this look from back in 2001, now retro as all get out, but still pretty cute to me.
As a result of our 17 years of weekly offerings, we’ve accrued hundreds and hundreds of Hot Research abstracts on various mind-body interventions, not to mention a bazillion Q and A, Inspiring Stories, and news updates.
All that content needs a strong, simple design and navigation to keep it accessible!  We want you to be able to find what you’re looking for, quickly and easily.  We think this will do it.

So keep your eyes peeled and thanks for your forbearance.

All best,
