We’re delighted to report that Traci Stein’s two new guided self-hypnosis audio programs on self-esteem are selling through the roof.  Up ‘til now, just the downloads were available, but this week, we expect to see the hard copy CDs show up in the warehouse as well.

In Stop Eating Your Heart Out: the 21-Day Program to Free Yourself from Emotional Eating, licensed counselor Meryl Hershey Beck has written a terrific book, ingeniously combining the hard won wisdom of the 12 steps and addictions treatment with the fast-acting methods of energy psychology (meridian tapping or acupoint pressing), plus a lot of practical, compassionate therapeutic smarts from her own clinical practice.  

Then - frosting on the cake - she models healing in the best way possible - with her own open, straightforward self-disclosure and by offering her personal history as teaching story. It's also important to note that the exercises in this book are very, very good; and this girl can WRITE!
