Where in the World Can You Find Belleruth? Speaking Event Update
Hello, again. I’m very much looking forward to talking about guided imagery at the very first Inova Integrative & Functional Medicine Conference, in the DC Area.
They’re offering a wonderful program, with all manner of clinical and practical applications for health care providers. It’s on Saturday, April 14, 2018, from 7 am to 5 pm, at the brand new Conference Center: the Inova Center for Personalized Health, 3225 Gallows Rd, Fairfax, VA.
I was especially psyched to discover that Donald Abrams, the awesome integrative oncologist from UCSF, will be speaking there as well. And of course, the principle architect of this conference, Marie Steinmetz, will be telling us about ten herbs we can start using tomorrow, while Lewis Hofman will describe the rapid acupuncture protocol being used at the Department of Defense.
Other topics will include botanicals, Healing Touch®, medical marijuana, I.M. approaches to treating headaches, menopause, gastro-intestinal complaints, and cognitive decline. The day begins with Qigong and Tai Chi.
Parking is free and there will be plenty of exhibitors, goodies and smart people everywhere. We’re even setting up a booth ourselves.
