Want to give the gift of guided imagery? Here's how you can do it:

To send a physical product:

• Add the physical product you want to purchase to your cart
• If you want to add a gift message, go to "View and Edit Cart" before checking out and input your message under "Gift options" at the bottom of the page.
• Proceed to Checkout
• Put the recipient's information in the shipping address section
• When you get to the payment section, uncheck the box that says "My billing and shipping address are the same". 
• Put your address in the billing address section, add payment information, and checkout! The products will be sent directly to the recipient.

To send an MP3 (digital version):

• Purchase the audio in MP3 format on our website. You will need to create an account on our website to do so.
• After checkout, sign-in to your Health Journeys account. 
• From your account dashboard, select “My Downloadable Products” in the left-hand menu. 
• Find the audio file you want to give in the list and on the right-hand side of the audio choose 'Gift this product'. 
• A pop-up will appear asking if you want to continue (if you gift the audio, you will not be able to download the audio files and can only gift this audio once). 
• Choose "Continue", type in the recipient's email address and your personal message to the recipient and then click "Send". The audio will be sent directly to their email, and they can download it to their phone, computer, or tablet!  You will also be sent a copy of the gift email. 

• Under the "Home Essentials" section of our website, select "Gift Cards".
• Choose the amount that you would like to put on the giftcard ($15, $30, $50, or $100).
• On the product page, input the "Send Information" of the Recipient and select "Add to Cart".
• Proceed to checkout and enter payment information. The gift card and message will be sent directly to the recipient's email that you provided, and you will receive a copy.
