Guided imagery programs engage your mind, body and spirit to help you reduce stress and promote healing and wellness.

With the pandemic surging, we have added "Embracing a New Medicine" to our streaming page to help inspire a friendly attitude toward a new medication, such as the COVID vaccine. This imagery is especially helpful for people who are frightened or worried about treatment. Listen to the imagery before, after or while receiving your vaccine or any medication.
