Arlington, VA - EAP

The Arlington EAP is committed to promoting health and well-being. We offer employees education, coaching, counseling support, and resources to enhance quality of life. Our Mindfulness Toolbox is an integral part of our work to foster emotional and spiritual health. In partnership with Health Journeys we present the guided imagery and meditations listed below.


These selections were chosen to address common themes we hear from our employee clients – the need for “stress management” and “healthy sleep”. Research has shown that, in as little as eight weeks, individuals with a regular mindfulness practice can experience health benefits such as lower stress, better regulation of emotions, more flexible decision-making, greater self-awareness, more peaceful sleep, and higher pain tolerance.


The listings on this page are provided by the EAP at no charge to employees. However, if you use the tabs to browse the wide array of other resources Health Journeys offers, please be aware that there may be fees associated with accessing them.
