Take Five to Relax, Focus, & Energize:<br /><small>Meditations to Enhance Your Well-Being<small>

The Case Western Reserve University Wellness Program is committed to encouraging healthy lifestyle practices at work and at home. When we feel well, it is easier to be productive at work and to enjoy each day. Accomplishing that can sometimes be challenging when work loads are heavy and time frames are short.  As stress levels rise, the need for easy to use solutions is clear.  These Take5 relaxation exercises should make it easier than ever to take a brief relaxation break and feel ready for the rest of the day.

 

Research has shown that regular practice of relaxation and mindfulness exercises, over a period of weeks, can lead to health benefits such as lower stress, greater focus and self-awareness, better sleep, and energy, and increased frequency of calm feelings. We hope that you will practice these exercises frequently and that you find them to be helpful. And, feel free to share them with family members so that everyone can benefit from regular relaxation practice.

 

With the pandemic surging, we have add "Embracing a New Medicine, to our streaming page to help inspire a friendly attitude toward a new medication, such as the COVID vaccine. This imagery is especially helpful for people who are frightened or worried about treatment. Listen to the imagery before, after & while receiving your vaccine or any medication.
