
Guided imagery is a tool that can help us to cope with a wide range of health matters, whether used to address specific medical issues or simply to live optimally.
I found meditations particularly helpful prior to past surgeries and throughout my healing process. I would like to share these guided imagery experiences with you in the hopes that you, too, will find them beneficial to overall wellness.
