
Guided Imagery is a meditation technique that uses the mind to focus on positive images and thoughts, changing thinking patterns in order to promote well-being and relaxation. It is a simple yet helpful tool for you to practice at your convenience.
Research has shown that regular practice of relaxation and mindfulness exercises, over a period of weeks, can lead to health benefits such as lower stress, greater focus and self-awareness, better sleep, and increased frequency of calm feelings.
