His wonderfully clear explanation of mindfulness, followed by seven different exercises that run from 5 to 15 minutes each are exceptional gems: Listening as Mindfulness Practice; Eye-Max, a Quick Way to Relax; Go with the Flow; Rewind & Be Kind; and One Thing at a Time are powerful, kid-friendly examples of his powerful approach.
