For purchases made via healthjourneys.com, we accept the following payment options: VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. We also accept PayPal. Please call us at 1-800-800-8661 with any questions.
We ship primarily via USPS or UPS, and the shipping rate is calculated during checkout based on the destination and weight of the package. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
- Our return policy is within 30 days of shipment; however several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Returns are NOT accepted on MP3 downloads, aromatherapy, or any fabric items, nor gift cards. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in saleable condition. To complete your return, we require a copy of the order confirmation or packing slip. If beyond 30 days of shipment, we cannot offer you a refund.
- To return your product, you should mail your item to: Health Journeys, 3615 Superior Ave, Suite 4403D, Cleveland, OH 44114. Health Journeys is not responsible for shipping costs so please send your item however you deem necessary, although we do suggest in a trackable method. You will not receive a refund on an item we do not receive back.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
